Full Terms & Conditions:
1. This Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents, employees of the Participating Stores and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain all packaging with the unique codes, the square Dorito and an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. A valid mobile and email address are required.
3. Promotion Period: Promotional packs, see clause 7 for details, will be placed in stores on various days during store opening hours between the 28 February 2025 and the 10 March 2025 inclusive.
4. Claim Period: If you are a winner, you must claim your Prize by 17:00 BST on 13th April 2025.
5. To Enter: There will be a total of 100 Promotional Packs that contain 5 Square Doritos and a unique code inside the packaging (“Winning Packs”). These Winning Packs will be fairly placed in Participating Stores (see clause 8 for a list of Participating Stores and number of Winning Packs available per Store) amongst regular stocks of Promotional Packs.
The following influencers will provide clues on their Instagram accounts to indicate the exact locations of the Participating Stores which contain the Winning Packs.

Anyone who correctly interprets the clues, works out the location of the Participating Store, purchases a Winning Pack and follows the claim instructions, as per clause 6, will receive a Prize, subject to verification.
On the first day of the Promotion there will be 20 Winning Packs placed in 1 Participating Tesco Store Tesco. Purchases on this day must be made in the Participating Store only.
6. Prize Claiming: If you find a winning pack, you will be required to follow the instructions on the back of the winning pack and call the phone number by the end of the Claim Period. During the phone call you will be asked to provide your full name, bank details, the Participating Store details where you made your purchase from (store name and location), the unique code found in the pack and to send a photo by email of your Winning Pack showing the unique code on the inside of the Winning Pack.
The phone line will be manned between 09:00 GMT – 17:00 GMT, Monday – Friday. If you call outside of those times, you must leave a voicemail providing your name and clearly stating your telephone number and you will receive a call back the next working day. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any voicemail messages that cannot be verified due to unclear or missing details.
Any claims received that do not meet these requirements or are received after the Claim Period, will be void and invalid.

c. Sainsburys: 20 Winning Packs placed throughout the Promotion Period; and
d. Morrisons: 20 Winning Packs throughout the Promotion Period.
e. Keep your ears and eyes peeled for clues on dates and exact store locations during the Promotion Period.
9. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

11. Further Entry & Prize Details and Conditions:
a. Prizes will be awarded via BACS.
b. Winners must have a valid UK registered bank account.
c. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.
d. By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby grant the Promoter (or the Promoter’s designee) the exclusive right to film, tape, sound record and photograph all their activities in connection with the Promotion and (if applicable) any prizes. Everything filmed, taped or recorded by the Promoter (or the Promoter’s designee) shall be known as “Footage”.
e. By entering this promotion, the Promoter may request that the winner’s participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the Winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
f. Entrants must respect Participating Store property and other entrants at all times. Entrants must not put themselves or others in danger. Entrants must exercise reasonable caution and due care. The Promoter accepts no liability for loss or damage that may occur in connection with or during the Promotion.
12. All Winning Packs have been made available to be won in a fair and random process, overseen for your complete confidence by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. All Prizes have been randomly allocated per Participating Store via a pre-determined process conducted by PromoVeritas, and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Any unclaimed Prizes will roll over to the following days and will continue to be allocated on a first come first served basis as per the pre-determined allocation process, until the end of the Claim Period or until all Prizes have been claimed, whichever comes first. Any claims that are made via voicemail will be allocated a Prize as per the pre-determined allocation process in order of the call in time.
Due to the nature of the promotion, all Prizes may not be won depending on the number of participants into the promotion and the number of winners who proceed to claim their Prize, but all Prizes have been distributed and made available to be won.
13. Transferability of winning packs: Winning packs must not be sold for commercial gain in any way, including on online auction sites. If the Promoter becomes aware that a winning pack has been made available for sale, bought or sold, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to redeem the winning pack without payment of compensation to the entrant who submits the relevant winning pack for verification as a valid win.
14. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the Winner must inform the Promoter by emailing [email protected]. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
15. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/doritossquare. Winners can object to their details being published during the Prize Claiming process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
16. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
17. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
e. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
f. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
g. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
18. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize for another of equal or greater value.
19. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to Instagram.
20. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram, and Instagram is not responsible for any element of this Promotion.
21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS15055) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
22. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
23. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 24. Pursuant to articles 15-21 of the GDPR, you can exercise the rights of consultation, modification, cancellation and oblivion, limitation of data processing or you can oppose to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons or for informational and promotional purposes, by writing to the data controller at the aforementioned mailing address or by e-mail [email protected]. In case of revocation of the consent given, which can be presented at any time, it is understood that this does not affect the lawfulness of the handle of the data based on the previously expressed consent or on alternative mechanisms to the consent permitted by law.
25. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
26. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
27. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
28. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
